Effective communication


Here I leave you a power point, that reminds us what we don’t have to forget when we communicate. Some things that we have to keep always in mind as most of us have experienced in the subject “Communication skills”. 
 All of us know the theoretical part, but when it comes down to it only few put it into practice and that’s what makes them different and better communicators. It is important what you say but also how you say it.

This document, it’s useful not only for us as communication professionals but also as human beings in constant relations with other people.
