How to share Youtube Videos on our blog?

Hello everyone, this will not be exactly topic about marketing. Or maybe still it is. Youtube nowadays is great marketing tool and to be as much effective as it can be, is good we are using it in a right way.

I noticed most of you have problems with sharing Youtube Videos on our blog. Usually you open Youtube page, then you click on Embed button, get a html code and past it into the blog. Default resolution settings for Embed Youtube videos are width 640 and height 285 square pixels, but default settings for blogger are little bit different, usually widh 415 and height depending of a video.

I used an example of video I made it for Golden Drum Marketing Conference in Slovenia. Default Embed resolution (width 640, height 385).
This is way HOW NOT TO DO IT:



SO HOW TO DO IT IN A RIGHT WAY?

OPTION 1 (with Embed button and custom resolution).
1. step: you click embed button
2. step: you set custume resolution on: width 414, height will show up automaticly
3. step: copy html embed code and put it into your post

OPTION 2 (it should work OK, but is still not perfect :), so I suggest you to use OPTION 1).
First you have to be logged in our blog. Next to Embed Buttom, you can see Share button, you click it and choose Blogger button, if you are logged in our Blogger Mocoma account, you get window with Youtube video, you choose edit html option, you get your video html code and simply copy it into your text where you want your video is positioned.
